Trademark Carriage Services operates an SMS dispatch notification program for its employees. This program sends operational text messages to staff members for the purpose of communicating work assignments, service details, scheduling updates, and coordination of funeral transportation logistics.

How Consent Is Collected

Consent is collected through two methods:

  • Digital opt-in: Employees visit this page at any time and submit the consent form, providing their name, phone number, and explicit agreement to the program terms.
  • Written opt-in: Employees may also provide consent by signing a written SMS Consent Agreement, available upon request.

Both methods require the employee to acknowledge the following:

"By providing my mobile phone number, I consent to receive operational dispatch and work assignment notifications via SMS from Trademark Carriage Services. Message frequency varies based on work assignments, typically 1 to 5 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. I understand I may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, I can reply HELPor contact support@trademarkcarriage.com."

Consent is entirely voluntary. Opting in is not a condition of employment, and employees who decline are not penalized in any way. Staff who do not opt in will continue to receive dispatch assignments through alternative channels such as phone calls or email. Employees may opt out at any time without consequence to their employment status.

What Messages Are Sent

Messages sent through this program are strictly operational and include:

  • Dispatch assignments (driver, vehicle, pickup location, service time)
  • Service detail updates and schedule changes
  • Coordination messages related to active services

No marketing, promotional, or advertising messages are sent through this program.
